New from the farm:

It is very busy in our drying room.  Today we harvested Spearmint, Red Ruben Basil, Tulsi Basil and Lemon Balm.  The addition of the drying room has really accelerated the time in which we can go from harvest to processing the dried product.  Well done Christina for being awarded a USDA grant to have the drying room built!

Beautiful bunches of dried lavender.  This year we have two colors of lavender, as you can see here.















Last week I spoke about harvesting onions and setting them out to cure.  Here are some photos of our onions placed in a single layer to dry.
