Lavender!
What do you do with lavender?
From The Good Herb by Judith Benn Hurley:
- Tuck several fresh lavender flowers into the sugar bowl to perfume it.
- When your hands smell oniony, rub two lavender flowers between them.
- Use in fruit salad.
- Use as garnish in soups.
- Lavender has antiseptic and healing properties.
- Lavender flowers contain tannins which have an astringent action on the skin: Add lavender flowers to facial toner or aftershave.
Of course, enjoy our lavender/lemon balm tea...ONLY AVAILABLE AT BLUE SKYS FARM
